Cancellation Policy
Please familiarise yourself with our cancellation policy before booking your appointment.
When booking your appointment a deposit of 30% of the booking total will be required to secure your appointment.
Bookings that are cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
Bookings that are cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the booking total.
If you do not attend your appointment and you fail to let us know you will be charged the full amount of your booking total.
We kindly request that you honour your commitment and attend confirmed appointments. It is important to note that failure to do so will be viewed as a breach of our policy and will result in no further bookings.
To ensure you don’t forget about your appointment we send out two reminders via text message and email in the upcoming days to your appointment time. Please follow the prompts and click the link to confirm.
Please be on time for your appointment. If you are late to your appointment this could result in a change of service or a cancellation which would involve a no–show charge.
Please try and come to your appointment alone. We want to ensure all of our guests have the pamper session you all deserve!
(This excludes our breastfeeding mummas & mummas of infants. Your babies are more than welcome to attend your appointment with you.)
We appreciate your time as we know you appreciate ours so we will always let you know if we are running late or there is any kind of delay in your appointment time to ensure you are not waiting. As you can imagine sometimes this is out of our hands so we do appreciate your patience if this does occur. We will always try our best to stick to the scheduled time.
